We are on the hunt for a very specific space to take Phase Academy to the next level: the Phase Performance Centre.

This is a niche search, which is why we are asking our community. You might know just the place that is not even being advertised.

Do you know someone with:
- a warehouse style unit
- a barn that could be repurposed
- an empty industrial space sitting unused
- a landlord who is open to a conversation

What we need (in simple terms):
✅ Open plan space with minimal columns
✅ High ceilings
✅ 5,500 sq ft minimum (10,000+ sq ft would be amazing, but topping our budget)
✅ Plenty of on site parking
✅ South West location with easy access to the M5 and or A30 corridors
✅ Leasehold, and we are ready to move quickly

If you have a lead, even if it is just a “I know a person”, please comment, tag them, or message us privately.

You never know, your message could be the one that helps us build something special for youth, women’s and men’s football in the South West. 💗⚽️
