Founded by Chris Eynon, Steph Beck, and Neil Clarke, Phase Academy was created with a simple but powerful mission: to make high-quality football coaching accessible to boys and girls at every stage of their journey. Whether a young player is just starting out, already playing for a club, exploring academy pathways, or simply looking for additional training and support, Phase is here to help them thrive.

We believe football should be inclusive, aspirational, and delivered to the highest standard. That’s why we’ve brought together a hand-picked team of dedicated coaches, specialists in technical development, strength and conditioning, and player wellbeing. Every session is designed to develop the whole player—building confidence, resilience, skill, and tactical understanding in a supportive and professional environment.

Steph brings elite playing experience and is both a sports therapist and S&C coach. She leads our commitment to player development, ensuring every child benefits from tailored support to grow not just as an athlete, but as a person.

Chris brings years of experience in grassroots football and a deep commitment to helping young players build confidence and fall in love with the game. His coaching philosophy is rooted in care, consistency, and creating a positive, motivating environment for every child—regardless of ability.

Neil provides the academy’s long-term vision and strategic direction. With a background in leadership and growing businesses, Neil is passionate about creating opportunities for as many young people as possible. He believes sport has the power to shape lives and is determined that Phase will remove barriers and open doors for the next generation of players.
