Chris Eynon
Chris is a UEFA C-qualified coach who specialises in developing great first touches, scanning habits and game-realistic decision-making. His sessions balance ball-mastery with plenty of game play so players learn how and when to use their skills.
Chris is known for clear coaching language, well-paced practices and constructive feedback that lifts confidence. He works closely with the Phase team to align each block to our academy-wide curriculum, ensuring every player is challenged at the right level.

Steph Beck
A current elite footballer and professional sports therapist, Steph brings an incredible depth of knowledge, experience and passion for the game.
Alongside her extensive playing career, Steph delivers 1-to-1’s, small group sessions and provides strength and conditioning, rehab sessions and provides S&C for all age groups at Exeter City’s Girls Development Centre, ensuring players understand how to train safely, and effectively, to support their performance and development.

Ryan Fell
Ryan has played a part in many young people’s first steps into football, creating a positive and inclusive environment that builds confidence and love for the game.
A qualified fitness instructor and sports therapist, Ryan brings a rounded and thoughtful approach to development. His tailored 1-to-1 and small group sessions are always in demand, fitting around his own playing commitments.

James Sharkey
James has a natural, positive coaching style that epitomises what we stand for. His calm and confident approach helps young players grow both technically
and mentally.
An accomplished goalkeeper himself, James currently supports a number of keepers through tailored one-to-one and small group sessions, helping them sharpen their skills and build
self-belief.

Nick Day
Nick brings a unique blend of experience and expertise to Phase. A UEFA C coach and a sub-10 Ironman, international triathlon coach, and footballer, he understands how nutrition, mindset, and conditioning combine to unlock a player’s full potential.
His superpower (as if he needs one!) is the way he communicates - players leave his sessions understanding the what, why and how of improving their game.

Aaron Beadle
Aaron lives and breathes football - he’s either coaching, planning sessions or studying the game.
His thirst for self-development is matched by his commitment to bringing the best out of every player.
A UEFA C licence isn't enough, Aaron regularly attends insight sessions and academy workshops, Aaron ensures his methods are fresh, inclusive and built for
all abilities.
